As a key member of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for inspecting, measuring, and verifying products against strict quality standards using advanced tools and techniques. Your keen eye for detail and mechanical aptitude will help maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal quality systems, contributing to the production of top-tier products. Duties Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured parts using precision measurement tools such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems. Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and production specifications to verify product conformity. Perform quality audits to assess adherence to

ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP

(Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and other regulatory standards. Utilize measurement instruments including calipers, micrometers, and GDT (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) techniques to ensure dimensional accuracy. Document inspection results accurately, collect data systematically, and generate detailed reports for quality management review. Identify non-conformances or deviations from quality standards in production processes; communicate findings promptly to production teams for corrective actions. Assist in calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment to ensure ongoing precision and compliance with quality systems. Requirements Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment; familiarity with ISO standards, GMP, FDA regulations is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing documents confidently. Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), vision inspection systems, and other precision tools. (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice), and HACCP principles. Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately and apply GD&T principles effectively. Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail; capable of conducting quality audits and data collection efficiently. Basic math skills necessary for measurement calculations and data interpretation. Familiarity with regulatory/legal compliance standards relevant to manufacturing environments.
