Job Description
Overview 1st shift: 6 AM
- 6 PM($15 per hour) 2nd shift: 11 AM
- 11 PM($15.5 per hour) Monday
- Friday, weekend as needed Pay weekly Join our dynamic team as a Quality Control Inspector and play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety!
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP
(Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and other regulatory standards. Utilize measurement instruments including calipers, micrometers, and GDT (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) techniques to ensure dimensional accuracy. Document inspection results accurately, collect data systematically, and generate detailed reports for quality management review. Identify non-conformances or deviations from quality standards in production processes; communicate findings promptly to production teams for corrective actions. Assist in calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment to ensure ongoing precision and compliance with quality systems. Requirements Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment; familiarity with ISO standards, GMP, FDA regulations is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing documents confidently. Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), vision inspection systems, and other precision tools. Knowledge of quality standards in production includingISO 9001, ISO 13485, GAMP
(Good Automated Manufacturing Practice), and HACCP principles. Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately and apply GD&T principles effectively. Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail; capable of conducting quality audits and data collection efficiently. Basic math skills necessary for measurement calculations and data interpretation. Familiarity with regulatory/legal compliance standards relevant to manufacturing environments.
