AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Know the proper and improper use of PPE and equipment with ultimate concern for personal safety and safety of others Follow Standardized Work Instructions Supports the teams in Operational improvement Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules Perform other duties as assigned or needed Quality Checks and Inspections Prepares reports to communicate involvement and results of quality assurance activities Problem Solving•Learn to recognize and solve the malfunctioning of the machine and recognize and solve quality problems of formed part Documents data obtained during all quality assurance activities, consistent with company policies and procedures Communicates significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provides recommended process improvements to management Perform 5S activity in assigned area
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to work unsupervised Able to work any scheduled shift, as needed Supports Operational Performance Metrics and meets targets for improvement Supports annual operating plan Clear understanding of material flow and Supply Chain Management Detail oriented, excellent problem solving skills and mechanical aptitude Excellent computer skills and proficiency in using MS Office applications Recording data as needed/assist in documenting standardized work Material Handling as required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
