Shift Hours:

QA time is rotated weekly Monday (Pre Op) 6:00am-EOS Walk Thru (Rotation) 7:00am-4:55pm Tuesday-Friday (Saturday if needed) 8:00am-4:55pm Bachoco OK Foods offers competitive wages and benefits to include but not limited to: Start rate based on previous experience. $1/hour weekly attendance incentive. $1/hour night shift premium (Only for 2nd & 3rd Shift Positions) . Please bring proof to interview. Summary Performs daily quality testing in the debone facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Performs testing using approved procedures. Understands HACCP and regulatory requirements. Creates records in a manner that meets all regulatory requirements. Reports all important events to Lead and/or Quality Supervisor in a timely manner. Responsible for any and all directives set forth by Senior Quality Management. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Other Qualifications This position requires an ability to make good decisions regarding food safety and other quality issues on a day-to-day basis. A good understanding of food microbiology and chemistry as it relates to food processing, is recommended. Suggest 1 to 3 years' experience in in-plant quality activities.
