Industrial Siloam Springs, AR 1st Shift $13/Hour Job Details Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Tester to inspect, test, and verify electronic assemblies and finished products within a manufacturing environment. The Tester plays a key role in ensuring product quality, reliability, and performance by identifying defects and confirming that all units meet required specifications. This Tester position is essential to maintaining consistent quality standards throughout the production process. The Tester will follow established procedures and work instructions to complete functional, electrical, and visual testing on a variety of electronic components and assemblies. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow structured testing processes, and clear communication when reporting issues. The Tester will work closely with quality, production, and engineering teams to support timely resolution of any identified defects. Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, electrical, and visual testing of electronic assemblies and finished products.
Follow detailed test procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
Identify, document, and clearly report defects, failures, or inconsistencies in product testing.
Operate basic test equipment including multimeters, test fixtures, and automated test systems.
Record and maintain accurate test results and production quality documentation.
Communicate test failures or quality concerns to supervisors, engineers, or quality personnel for correction.
Retest products after repair or rework to ensure compliance with specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and manufacturing guidelines.
Support production goals by ensuring timely and accurate testing of products.
Qualifications
Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or product testing preferred but not required.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, schematics, and testing procedures.
Basic understanding of electronic components and assemblies.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Good written and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and remain at a workstation for extended periods.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
