Essential Skills + Audit + Tooling + Metrology + Injection molding + GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) + First article inspection + Interpreting engineering drawings + Developing inspection plans + Hand calculations + Measurement strategies + Quality engineering + Manufacturing quality + Supplier quality + CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) + ISO compliance + Measurement System Analysis + Validation + Micrometer usage Additional Skills & Qualifications + 2+ years in tooling + 2+ years in injection molding + 2+ years in metrology + 2+ years reading GD&T + 2+ years in inspection + Ability to perform hand calibrations using a gage pin and micrometer + Proficiency in part print reading and GD&T + Ability to analyze 2D parts to 3D + Experience in developing validation processes and protocols Work Environment This position is on-site with a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The role involves working closely with the quality manager and technician, engaging in client problem-solving, and collaborating with motivated, cross-functional engineering teams. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Scottsdale, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
