Quality Assurance Technician Azusa, CA We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in Azusa, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and the chance to grow within a dynamic production environment.

Pay Rate:

$20 $23/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Current (Slow Season): 7: 00 AM 3: 30 PM 1st Shift (Peak Season): 6: 00 AM 2: 30 PM 2nd Shift (Peak Season): 2: 00 PM 10: 30 PM Flexibility is required, as candidates may be moved to 2nd shift during high season.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company standards Monitor production processes and report any quality issues or deviations Document inspection results and maintain accurate records Assist in identifying areas for process improvement Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and quality guidelines Work closely with production and management teams to resolve quality concerns

Qualifications:

Previous quality assurance or production experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be flexible with schedule and open to working different shifts as needed Why Join Us?
