  • Roles & Responsibilities Perform daily quality inspections on inbound and outbound shipments, including raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods.
Inspect packaging components to ensure proper fit, functionality, and compliance with quality standards. Conduct physical and organoleptic evaluations of essential oils by comparing samples to established references. Perform diffuser functionality testing in accordance with laboratory procedures and quality guidelines. Carry out in-line production inspections to ensure adherence to company standards and specifications. Complete daily quality control inspections for compounding operations as assigned. Conduct routine calibration and verification checks on laboratory instruments, including pH meters, scales, FTIR equipment, and related tools. Report quality concerns, discrepancies, or non-conformances immediately to the Quality Lead or Supervisor. Accurately maintain inspection records, testing documentation, and QC retain sample inventory logs. Support a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment by following 5S/6S methodologies. Adhere consistently to workplace safety procedures and quality assurance standards while performing all QC activities. Collect raw material and component samples using proper aseptic sampling techniques. Assist with additional quality-related duties and operational needs as assigned by Quality Management. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 35 lbs. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment preferred. GMP experience is preferred. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Familiarity with AQL inspections and basic sampling techniques. Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and GLP standards preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required. Must have availability to work in first and second shift.
