This position is responsible for ensuring all work is performed in accordance with contract specifications, company standards, and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and document deficiencies while working independently in the field.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of landscape maintenance sites throughout the Bay Area. Verify that mowing, edging, pruning, weed control, irrigation, litter removal, and other landscape services meet contract requirements. Document findings through written reports and photographs. Communicate deficiencies and corrective actions to field crews and management. Track and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely completion. Attend meetings with clients, project managers, and field staff as needed. Maintain accurate inspection records and submit reports on a timely basis. Drive between multiple project locations daily.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to read and understand landscape maintenance specifications and scopes of work. Fluent in English and Spanish (required). Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record. Authorized to work in the United States. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient with smartphones, tablets, email, and basic computer applications. Prior experience in landscape maintenance, quality control, construction inspection, or related field preferred. Be able to undergo a federal and state level background check and be free of any felony.

Requirements:

Must be able to travel throughout the Bay Area. Must be capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to walk large properties and perform field inspections for extended periods.

From $25.00 per hour
