Job Description
Job Summary ibss Group Inc. is the leading brand of plasma contamination equipment for the microscopy and semiconductor. Our team work to enhance analytical and semiconductor manufacture tool world wide. We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Quality Control & Service Technician. For this role you are responsible ensure each product meet standard before going out. Additionally, employee required good communication and customer service skill to provide support through phone or in person. Responsibilities Perform quality check on products Documentation of testing Respond to service request in a timely manner Document product failure Responsibilties are as above but not limited to
