Hour Description:
We are hiring for a QC Inspector I in Carlsbad, CA. You will be responsible for inspecting material/parts/finished goods at multiple inspection points throughout the manufacturing process according to standard operating procedures, specs, and control plans. Works under close supervision and reports to a supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Perform various types of visual, dimensional, function inspections for incoming, in-process, and finished material/parts/products Follow SOPs and inspection plans to complete inspections of parts Initiate Nonconforming Material Reports or First Article Inspection Reports Inform management and personnel of quality problems Assist in control of documents and records produced within
Quality Control Requirements:
Must be able to read/write/understand English Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook email Must have basic math skills Understanding of how to use digital multimeters, calipers, micrometers, pin gauges Strong attention to detail Communicate effectively Familiar with drawings, specifications, and technical documents Understanding of statistical sampling preferred
Education and Experience:
