Job Description
Job Summary A contract opportunity is available for Cell Phone Testers Needed in Chatsworth, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on shipping, receiving, picking, packing, or warehouse operations experience who are looking for steady work in a fast-paced production and telecommunications support environment. In this position, you will help test cell phones and chargers for functionality while supporting order fulfillment and shipping deadlines. - Test cell phones and chargers to confirm basic functionality and readiness.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to order requirements.
- Prepare shipping labels and assist with outbound shipping tasks.
- Support shipping and receiving activities to keep orders moving efficiently.
- Ensure completed orders are organized, accurate, and ready to ship by required deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work area. Compensation and Benefits
Pay:
$20.00 per hour.- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
Location:
Chatsworth, CA. Required Qualifications and Skills- Test cell phones and chargers for functionality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare client orders for shipment.
- Create shipping labels and support shipping deadlines.
- Assist with shipping and receiving workflow in a production environment.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, order picking, packing, warehouse operations, or production support.
- Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy with repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail when testing products and preparing orders.
- Dependable attendance and ability to start quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience picking and packing orders.
- Previous shipping and receiving experience.
- Experience testing, inspecting, or handling cell phones, chargers, electronics, or telecommunications products.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining quality standards.
