One is for the first shift, 6 am-2:30 pm, and one for the second shift, 2 pm-10:30 pm.

Loutech is a leading provider of precision-machined parts for the aerospace and defense industry from its state-of-the-art 30,000 sq/ft facility in Chino, CA. We manufacture a wide range of
MIL-SPEC
qualified products to exacting requirements. Loutech is a family-run business with an inspiring culture. We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our CNC machining facility in Chino, CA (Los Angeles area).
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency certificate. 3+ years of quality control inspection in the Aerospace Industry.

Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn Computer skills (Microsoft Office) Strong oral and written communication skills Attention to detail, attention to accuracy in work tasks, and organizational skills Ability to work within a fast-paced environment Ability to be flexible with job duties
Responsibilities:
Perform first-article inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections A quality inspector will also visually check for damaged parts, ensure all requirements and documentation are in order, and prepare non-conformance reports as needed Must be able to read or interpret Engineering drawings Perform various types of visual quality inspections of products and raw materials Complete and maintain inspection records Assist with the calibration of various measuring devices Work closely with Management to implement the QMS Conduct various QC inspections as directed Responsible for non-conforming product disposition Highly engaged in teamwork to satisfy KPIs and goals
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Familiar with AS9100 Profitiant Blueprint reading and GD&T Skilled at using precision hand tools, micrometers, indicators, and gauges to ensure parts meet blueprint requirements.
Additional Requirements:
Willing to work required shift hours, overtime, and weekends as needed. Strong eyesight required for working with small parts - may use corrected lenses. Ability to stand for extended periods - 8 hours minimum. Ability to frequently lift a minimum of 25 LBs unassisted (occasionally lift/carry up to 40 LBs). Comfortable with repetitive movement, bending or twisting, using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and exposure to distracting sounds and noise levels.
