In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards by performing precise inspections and quality assessments throughout the production process. Your expertise will help maintain compliance with industry regulations such as ISO 9001, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Conduct thorough quality inspections of injection-molded components using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify dimensional accuracy and surface integrity Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, HACCP, CGMP, and FDA regulations by adhering to established quality systems and protocols. Perform routine quality audits and participate in internal and external quality management reviews to identify areas for process improvement. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for traceability and reporting purposes. Support manufacturing teams by providing real-time feedback on quality issues, facilitating root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions promptly. Assist in maintaining calibration schedules for all precision measuring instruments to guarantee measurement accuracy at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in quality control or quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, specifically involving injection molding processes. Strong knowledge of quality systems such as
ISO 9001, ISO
9001, CGMP, applicable to medical or consumer products helpful. Proficiency with calibration tools including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems. Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies like QA/QC procedures, audits, and data collection techniques. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret measurement data accurately and identify deviations from specifications. Experience working with manufacturing teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives based on inspection findings. Ability to follow detailed procedures while maintaining a proactive approach toward quality enhancement efforts.
