Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Quality Assurance Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our products meet rigorous quality standards by performing precise inspections, conducting thorough analysis, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Your proactive approach will help uphold our reputation for excellence and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes. Duties Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product dimensions and specifications. Conduct comprehensive quality audits in accordance with

ISO 13485, ISO

9001, and other relevant standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including FDA regulations. Utilize calibration tools and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to assess product accuracy and consistency. Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, documenting findings accurately for review and reporting purposes. Support manufacturing teams by identifying root causes of quality issues and recommending corrective actions aligned with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP standards. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) to enhance overall quality assurance processes. Participate in internal and external quality audits, ensuring adherence to

ISO 9001

standards and regulatory guidelines. Skills Proficiency with Calypso software for data collection and analysis. Strong understanding of

ISO 13485, ISO

9001, HACCP, CGMP, and FDA regulations related to manufacturing quality standards. Experience operating precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Excellent analysis skills to interpret inspection data accurately. Knowledge of quality control procedures including visual inspection techniques. Ability to perform detailed quality audits and maintain comprehensive documentation. Familiarity with quality management principles within manufacturing environments.
