Job Description

Overview Rite Staff is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment . This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience in quality inspection , metal or aluminum manufacturing , and hands-on use of precision measuring tools . The QC Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring products meet required specifications and quality standards through inspections, measurements, and documentation. Key Responsibilities Perform visual inspections of parts and assemblies to identify defects, damage, or deviations Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) according to engineering drawings and specifications Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and go/no-go gauges Verify dimensions and tolerances and accurately document inspection results Identify and report nonconforming materials to supervisors or quality personnel Maintain inspection records and complete required quality documentation Follow all standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards Assist with quality investigations and continuous improvement efforts as needed Requirements Previous experience in quality control / quality inspection required Experience using calipers and micrometers required Experience in aluminum, metal, or manufacturing environments strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings / blueprints preferred Must be able to work 3rd shift consistently Must be able to complete training on 1st shift Reliable transportation required; must be able to travel between nearby facilities if needed Strong attendance and reliability are required Preferred Qualifications Experience with go/no-go gauges Familiarity with quality concepts and inspection processes Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments Why This Opportunity Stands Out Stable full-time schedule Long-term opportunity Opportunity to grow within manufacturing and quality assurance Hands-on technical role in a fast-paced environment Apply Today We are actively hiring and scheduling interviews immediately.
