Onsite Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail oriented Quality Technician to join a growing manufacturing operation. The Quality Technician will be responsible for inspecting incoming and outgoing materials and products, maintaining accurate quality documentation, identifying quality issues, and supporting corrective action and continuous improvement efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous quality inspection, quality control, manufacturing, inventory, or production experience who enjoys working in a hands on environment. Responsibilities Perform inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products Ensure products meet established quality standards and requirements Develop and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation Verify the calibration and proper functionality of testing and inspection equipment Identify and report defects, discrepancies, and quality concerns Collect and analyze inspection and testing data Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate inspection records Assist with Material Review Board, MRB, activities Support corrective action investigations and resolution of quality issues Identify opportunities to improve quality control processes Help ensure quality inspections are completed efficiently to support production schedules Work closely with Production, Inventory, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality concerns Follow established quality procedures and documentation requirements Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of experience in quality control, quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or a related environment preferred Previous inventory control experience is a plus Ability to inspect products and identify defects or inconsistencies Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions Basic computer skills Experience with Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and visual awareness Good organizational and documentation skills Basic problem solving abilities Ability to communicate quality concerns clearly and professionally Ability to work effectively with Production, Inventory, Engineering, and Quality teams Ability to stand for extended periods during the workday What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in accuracy and catches details others may miss.
