Quality Control Inspector II Details:

Contract position $25.00 /hour First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm) Perform receiving and final inspections on incoming materials and finished cable assemblies, connectors, and precision components to ensure compliance with customer, internal, and regulatory standards Conduct visual, dimensional, and electrical testing using tools such as calipers, multimeters, and HIPOT/Megger equipment, following established inspection plans and procedures Review and verify documentation including purchase orders, Certificates of Conformance, test reports, and production records to ensure accuracy, traceability, and completeness Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming materials, supporting corrective actions and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications while accurately recording inspection results and collaborating with Quality and Manufacturing teams

Quality Control Inspector II Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required, with 2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for cable assemblies, connectors, and precision components Experience using inspection and test equipment, including calipers, tape measures, multimeters, HIPOT testers, and Megger tools Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy, with the ability to identify defects and follow quality procedures independently Preferred experience with cable assemblies, connectors, electrical testing, and tight-tolerance components in a production setting Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
