Strong Eyes. Steady Hands. Solid Work. As a Quality Assurance Technician in Escondido, your job is to protect the process. You'll check, measure, and approve the work that keeps production moving forward.

What It Takes:

Minimum 2 years of QA Technician experience in food manufacturing preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a high-speed production environment Excellent attendance, reliability, and communication skills Comfortable working flexible hours and up to 12-hour shifts when needed Microsoft Office experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift

What You'll Do:

Monitor product quality and food safety standards throughout production Help maintain compliance with HACCP, GMP, and sanitation procedures Inspect products and place materials on hold when necessary Complete quality reports accurately and on time Support inventory and quality documentation processes Enforce food safety and quality standards on the production floor Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and team support Communicate effectively with production and leadership teams
