Operations Manager Job Overview We are seeking a Quality Receiving Inspector to ensure all incoming materials and components meet company quality and safety standards before being released to production. This role is based in our Fontana, CA facility and supports operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Inspect incoming materials, parts, and components to ensure they meet specifications Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and purchase orders Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges Verify packing slips and Certificates of Conformance (CoC) Ensure compliance with SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards Identify defects and create Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when needed Accurately record inspection results in the company system (ERP) Communicate quality issues with team members and supervisors Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 2-5 years of inspection experience (manufacturing preferred) Experience in plastics or similar industry is a plus Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings Basic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good English communication skills (read, write, speak) Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment #SLY123
