This role coordinates samples, specifications, fabrics, trims, wash development, measurements, and production information to ensure styles are properly prepared before they move into manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Assist with preparation of denim styles for bulk production. Review and organize tech packs, specifications, measurement charts, BOMs, and production requirements. Coordinate development samples, fit samples, size sets, and pre-production samples. Follow up on fabric, trims, labels, buttons, rivets, zippers, and other garment components. Assist with denim fabric and wash development, including tracking wash submissions and approvals. Communicate sample comments and revisions to pattern, sampling, washing, and production teams. Check samples against approved specifications, measurements, construction, and workmanship. Maintain accurate records of sample status, approvals, revisions, and production deadlines. Assist with preparing production-ready documents and communicating changes to relevant departments. Coordinate with pattern makers, sample room, washing department, quality team, production, and merchandising. Help identify discrepancies in measurements, construction, fabric, color, wash, or trims before bulk production. Maintain organized files for each style, including samples, comments, approvals, and specifications. Support the team during pre-production meetings and production handovers. Qualifications Strong knowledge of denim garments and washes Ability to read tech packs and measurement specifications Understanding of garment construction Good communication and follow-up skills. Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work with multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
