Job Description

Pridestaff is currently seeking a QC/QA Inspector for a Manufacturing company located in Hemet. The Quality Inspector serves as the final review point for product and documentation. This role requires a strong understanding of internal manufacturing processes, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. Every part, assembly, and document released represents the work of the entire team, and the Quality Inspector plays a critical role in upholding that standard.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 6am -230 pm Key Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance activities, including but not limited to: Verifying compliance with drawings, purchase orders, and specification requirements. Perform receiving inspection in accordance with Quality Procedures. Inspect off-the-shelf items using technical data sheets and catalogs. Review supplier certifications, inspection reports, and test reports for accuracy and compliance. Perform receiving inspection of all customer-furnished materials (CFM). Maintain receiving inspection records for all incoming materials, parts, and components. Identify shelf-life items, apply proper expiration monitoring, and maintain the shelf-life log. Perform final inspections ensuring conformance to customer requirements. Perform in-process inspections per Quality Procedures, verifying compliance with drawings, routers, and specifications during production. Perform final inspections to verify compliance with drawings, routers, and specifications. Perform First Article Inspections and complete AS9102 reports as required. File and maintain Quality Records, including: Supplier inspection, test, and certification documents Inspection and test acceptance/rejection results Perform First Article Inspections and complete AS9102 reports as required. Sign Certificates of Conformance (C of C) as the company's Quality representative. Perform internal calibrations on various measuring instruments. Familiar with the use of and ability to read inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, rulers and other measuring equipment. Understanding in the decimal and fraction conversions for all tools. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager. File and maintain Quality Records, including: Supplier inspection, test, and certification documents Inspection and test acceptance/rejection results Sign Certificates of Conformance (C of C) as the company's Quality representative. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Experience using precision measuring instruments Ability to read and understand blueprints Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
