Job Description
Position Summary The Authorized Internal Monitor (AIM) Technician supports the Ground Beef Guardian Program through monitoring, verification, documentation, reporting, and compliance activities. This position plays a critical role in maintaining program integrity and supporting the facility's commitment to food safety, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and trust. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform assigned monitoring and verification activities. Observe facility operations and verify compliance with USDA and facility requirements. Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation. Enter required information into electronic systems, databases, portals, computers, and iPads. Identify and document non-conformances and compliance concerns. Communicate findings professionally to the AIM Lead and plant management when necessary. Maintain current knowledge of AIM program requirements. Required Qualifications Ability to obtain and maintain
