Job Description
Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturing organization, is seeking a PCBA Quality Assurance to join their team. As a PCBA Quality Assurance, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

6am/3:30pm to 2:30pm/12am, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Perform incoming inspection on PCBAs to ensure quality standards are met Conduct in-process inspections according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Collaborate with engineers to document inspection efforts (IQC/IPQC/OQC) Identify and document defects within JIRA system for tracking and resolution Assist in creating and improving inspection instructions and quality standards What's Needed? Prior or existingIPC-A-610
certification is required Experience with cosmetic inspection and electronics manufacturing Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics Strong communication skills for effective collaboration Proficiency with spreadsheets, Google Slides, QMS, and MES systems What's in it for me?
