full-time Trio Manufacturing is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual who wants to learn and grow within an aerospace Quality organization. Previous aerospace or Quality Assurance experience is helpful, but not required. Position Summary Trio Manufacturing is seeking an entry-level Quality Assurance Administrator to join our Quality team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with computers and documentation, and interested in developing a career in Quality within the aerospace manufacturing industry. Previous aerospace or Quality Assurance experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for the right individual who is dependable, willing to learn, takes pride in their work, and can grow with our Quality organization. The Quality Assurance Administrator will support our Quality team with day-to-day activities involving documentation, production records, customer requirements, quality records, and coordination between Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, and other departments. This position is intended to develop beyond basic administrative responsibilities. The selected individual will receive hands-on experience with aerospace quality systems and will have opportunities to take on additional Quality responsibilities as their knowledge and experience grow. Responsibilities Support the Quality team with daily Quality Assurance activities. Review manufacturing routers and related documentation for completeness and accuracy. Assist with maintaining quality records, inspection documentation, certifications, and other required records. Help prepare and organize documentation packages for customer and source inspection requirements. Assist with First Article Inspection (FAI/AS9102) documentation and supporting records. Assist with processing and tracking nonconformance documentation and corrective actions. Review documentation for completeness prior to customer submission. Assist with customer portals and electronic submission of required Quality documentation. Support internal and external audit preparation, including gathering records and objective evidence. Assist with document control and Quality Management System records. Help track open Quality actions and follow up with responsible departments as needed. Coordinate with Manufacturing, Inspection, Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, and other departments to obtain required information. Assist the Quality team with special projects and continuous improvement activities. Perform other Quality-related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. College coursework, technical education, or previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow established procedures and instructions. Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion. Willingness to ask questions and learn new processes. Ability to work effectively with different departments and levels of the organization. Preferred but Not Required Experience or familiarity with any of the following is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate: Aerospace or manufacturing environments Quality Assurance or Quality Control
