full-time About the Role Purus Manufacturing LLC is a dietary supplement manufacturing company based in Northridge, California. We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to support our manufacturing operations and help ensure products and processes consistently meet quality, regulatory, and company standards. Junior-level candidates are welcome to apply. Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in the role. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Northridge, California facility. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily manufacturing, filling, and packaging operations to ensure compliance with cGMP requirements and internal quality standards. Perform in-process quality checks and inspections throughout production and packaging activities. Verify materials, packaging components, labels, and finished products against established quality requirements. Maintain accurate and complete quality documentation in accordance with established quality standards and procedures. Perform product sampling and inspections and coordinate samples for quality testing. Support investigations related to quality issues, deviations, and nonconformances, including corrective and preventive actions. Support internal quality audits, third-party audits, and regulatory inspections. Assist with validation activities and continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing and quality processes. Provide training and guidance to employees on applicable quality procedures, work instructions, and standards. Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Product Development teams to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Science, Quality, Food Science, or a related discipline is preferred. Previous Quality Assurance experience within dietary supplements, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or another regulated manufacturing environment is preferred. Knowledge of FDA regulations and cGMP requirements is a plus. Understanding of manufacturing and packaging processes and quality control practices is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) is a plus.
