Full-time Job Summary:

We are seeking a QC Technician responsible for performing product testing, process checks, and audits to ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and GMP standards in a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily pre-operational inspections (ATP and environmental swabbing) Conduct routine batch and finished product testing (approx. 60% lab work) Perform in-process quality checks on production line (packaging, labels, seals, fill weights, torque, etc.) Make batch adjustments when product does not meet specifications Collect and prepare product samples for retain, customer, and micro testing Calibrate and maintain lab equipment Conduct GMP inspections Place non-conforming product on hold Complete daily QA documentation and enter data into WIN SPC system Maintain and organize QA/production records and COAs Perform raw material testing when required

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of QC experience in food manufacturing Basic computer skills with intermediate Microsoft Excel Experience operating lab equipment and reading test results Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Good communication and documentation skills English required (Spanish a plus) How to
