Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all materials, processes, and finished products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role supports Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance by performing inspections, documentation review, and in-process quality checks throughout manufacturing operations.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of top-quality products in a dynamic environment that values precision, accuracy, and excellence.
Shift Hours :
Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift, 2:30 pm to 11:00pm
Duties/Responsibilities:
Incoming Materials & Documentation
  • Perform raw material sampling in accordance with approved SOPs and sampling plans
  • Complete raw material receipt inspections and verify compliance with specifications
  • Review and maintain raw material quality documentation, including COAs and receiving records
  • Create and maintain raw material evaluation records in internal systems In-Process Quality Assurance
  • Conduct line clearance inspections prior to production start-up and verify readiness for operation
  • Perform ATP swabbing to verify equipment cleanliness where applicable
  • Execute AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) inspections during production
  • Provide real-time quality line oversight to ensure adherence to GMP and internal procedures
  • Identify, document, and escalate quality issues on the production line Product Support & Compliance
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment consistent with GMP standards
  • Participate in internal audits and inspections as needed
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and process efficiency Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a quality or manufacturing environment (dietary supplements, food, or pharmaceuticals preferred)
  • Working knowledge of GMPs, GDPs, and quality systems
  • Experience with sampling, inspection techniques, and documentation review
  • Familiarity with AQL inspection standards and basic statistical sampling concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformances
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Participate in internal audits and inspections as needed
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and process efficiency
