Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring all phases align with project goals and specifications Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and deadlines Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project flow Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project requirements and scope of work Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, bid evaluations, and vendor negotiations Oversee on-site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and work is performed according to plans and standards Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry software for project documentation, tracking, and reporting Monitor project budgets, change orders, and cost controls to maintain financial health of each project Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality control measures, and resolve any issues promptly Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and environmental standards throughout the construction process Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or a related field with hands-on construction site experience Strong knowledge of project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or similar tools Proficiency in construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract management Familiarity with construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation and communication purposes Expertise in civil engineering concepts using Civil 3D or equivalent design tools is preferred Experience with heavy civil projects or infrastructure development is a plus Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Join us as a Construction Project Manager where your expertise will shape the future of innovative building projects.
