Position Summary The Warehouse Quality Inspector will be responsible for outbound pallet inspection and release, including verification of case-pick quantities and lot codes, as well as regular inventory checks against WMS records. The position will support accurate and timely shipment preparation and inventory verification. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Pallet Inspection and Release Complete outbound pallet inspection and release. Verify and identify shipment accuracy issues, including SKU, case quantity, lot code, pallet accuracy and shipping documentation. Complete the inspection process prior to shipment loading. Complete inspections in a timely manner to support truck departures by approximately 8:00 AM. Inventory Check Conduct daily inventory checks on a rack-by-rack basis. Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and WMS information. Maintain accurate inventory records to improve warehouse performance. Document inspection results and inventory findings. Skills/Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or quality-related environment. Experience performing inventory, product, quantity, or shipment verification. Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and ability to learn and use WMS. Ability to work in a freezer/cold-storage environment. Ability to perform time-sensitive work during morning outbound operations. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Bilingual in Korean required, to understand written Korean on select packaging/boxes Previous WMS/ERP experience preferred Experience in food distribution, cold storage, or temperature-controlled products preferred Work Environment Working hours are from 5:30am to 2:30pm Perform assigned duties in a freezer/cold-storage environment. Follow applicable safety procedures, PPE requirements, and designated working hours and breaks for freezer work.
