Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and energetic Beertender to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be the face of our bar, creating a welcoming environment for guests while showcasing your knowledge of craft beers and beverages. Responsibilities Serve a variety of beers and other beverages with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring accurate pouring and presentation. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Heartland Restaurant or Toast to process transactions efficiently and accurately. Engage with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions about our drink menu, and enhance their overall experience. Manage cash handling responsibilities with attention to detail, including balancing registers at shift end. Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas during events like banquets or catering functions. Follow all health regulations related to food safety, alcohol service, and responsible serving practices. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or beverage industry is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Genius/Heartland Restaurant is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with an outgoing personality and the ability to connect with diverse guests. Good time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events like banquets or large parties. Pay:

$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
