Quality Inspector II Avionics

Job Description Insight Global is looking for Quality Inspector II that will be responsible for performing inspections using prescribed inspection criteria. This role requires a high level of attention to detail to identify any product that does not meet engineering or production standards. In addition to inspection work, the role involves guiding quality-related decisions to continuously elevate quality processes through strong problem-solving and clear communication.

What You'll Do:

Perform complex electronic and electrical inspections for purchased parts, PCBAs, wire harnesses, electro-mechanical, electrical, and electronic components and assemblies Follow and create detailed work instructions for receiving inspections, including PCBAs, harnessing, electro-mechanical components/assemblies, and test reports Document and communicate concerns and non-conformances to engineering, quality, and production teams using internal quality monitoring systems, issue tracking tools, and MES/ERP systems as applicable Support production readiness for external audits and conduct internal audits, including tracking corrective action items Maintain calibration tracking and ensure compliance with tool calibration requirements.
