Full Time (M-F 6:00am to 2:30P.M.)

Compensation:

$24-28/Hr D.O.E. Ruffstuff Specialties manufactures offroad fabrication parts for the DIY offroad community. We are looking for a machine operator who understands a production environment, has a positive attitude, and a professional image. Must be a team player with an ability to multitask, communicate efficiently, and take initiative.

Skill Requirements:

Ability to learn and understand Inventory software Understanding part Dimensioning Familiar with measuring tools such as calipers and tape measure. Maintains shop cleanliness and organization Always represent the company in a professional, helpful, and friendly manner Cooperates with management and coworkers Follows company policies and procedures Maintains excellent attendance and punctuality Forklift Operation Works well and independently and with others in a group setting Job description/Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preventative maintenance on machines and equipment Identifies and relates repair needs to maintenance/supervisor Deburring sharp edges on materials Angle grinder operation Performs all activities according to established safety standards Communicates accurate information Strives to increase personal productivity Performs other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Stands and move for 8 hour work shift Ability to lift 50lbs

Education Requirement:

High school diploma or equivalent Mathematical skills: basic math
