Job Description At Teledyne Technologies, you help power technologies that operate in the world's most demanding environments. From aerospace and defense to medical imaging and environmental monitoring, our semiconductor devices must meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. In this role, you are a critical link between manufacturing and customer trust. Your precision, focus, and commitment to quality ensure our products perform exactly as intended—every time. What you'll do Perform detailed external visual inspections using microscopes to identify physical defects Verify dimensions, markings, workmanship, and package integrity against specifications Conduct external visual and pre‑shipment inspections to meet internal and customer standards Operate environmental test chambers (temperature, humidity, thermal shock) Load, unload, and monitor devices during testing while following defined procedures Complete basic visual and electrical checks before and after testing Accurately document inspection results, test conditions, and product status in computer systems Support production test operations by preparing test hardware and handling devices Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve discrepancies Follow cleanroom and electrostatic discharge safety protocols at all times What you need Strong attention to detail and ability to perform microscope‑based inspection
  • required Ability to read and follow technical instructions and production documentation
  • required Basic math, computer, and communication skills
  • required Ability to multitask and remain effective in a production environment
  • required Self‑starter with accountability for assigned work
  • required 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, inspection, or testing
  • required High school diploma or equivalent
  • required Ability to lift or move 5-10 lbs. frequently

Salary Range:
$50,600.00
