Temp-to-Hire We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to support quality inspections and testing in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Inspect incoming materials, components, and finished products Perform in-process quality inspections Use precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and Keyence equipment Identify and document nonconforming materials Perform basic electrical and functional product testing Record inspection and test results accurately Read and follow inspection plans, procedures, and specifications Work with Quality and Production teams to identify and resolve quality issues Maintain accurate quality documentation Qualifications 1-3 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing preferred Experience with receiving or in-process inspection Comfortable using precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 is a plus High school diploma or related technical/trade education If you have strong manufacturing QC experience and are seeking slightly above the listed pay range, we encourage you to apply.
