Job Description

Quality Inspector Level 1-3 A large, privately owned electronics manufacturing company is growing and looking to add a Quality Inspector from Level 1 to Level 3 BGA. The company is housed in a 77,000-square-foot facility and has about 120 employees.
Location :
Moorpark, CA full-time : $25.00 - $30.00/hr. (DOE) This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position
Schedule:
Mon-Thu 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM The company offers extensive benefits
Responsibilities :
Perform
FIRST ARTICLE
inspection for all level boards and record results. Perform
INCOMING
inspections for all level boards and components and record results. Perform FINAL inspections of completed assemblies in accordance with procedures and requirements and record results. Ensure accuracy of test equipment by checking against standards. Review and sign company certifications as required. Check returned/rejected material for status. Perform random checks of in-process jobs as necessary. Maintain the process and swiftness of department yields and accuracy. Maintain quality records relating to all inspection activities. Follow instructions with great care and precision
Requirements :
Knowledge of product, ISO process, IPC A610 Latest Revision, J-STD-01 Latest Revision. Training on sampling techniques. Training on the use of measuring equipment. Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and instructions • Basic Math Skills. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English. Good Communication Skills Good eyesight. A visual acuity test is required periodically.
