$25.00•$26.00 per hour Monday•Friday 8am-430pm Job Summary We are hiring a Quality Control Technician to inspect materials, test new parts, and make sure our products meet clear quality standards. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy solving problems, and have hands-on shop experience, we want to hear from you! ESL (English as a Second Language) applicants are welcome to apply!Key Responsibilities Inspect Incoming Goods:
Check raw materials and incoming shipments; keep clear logs (GROUP-PROC-0012).Approve New Parts:
Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) for new product releases (GROUP-PROC-0010).Report Quality Defects:
Tag non-conforming items, log reports in MasterControl, and notify Purchasing (GROUP-PROC-0009).Manage Hold Stock:
Track physical and system (AX) "on-hold" inventory. Organize reworks, returns, or scrap.Solve Production Issues:
Work directly with the production team to find and fix quality problems quickly.Verify Team Inspections:
Double-check quality checks completed by production operators.Train Staff:
Teach operators pass/fail rules, tool usage, and issue quality alerts.Handle Claims & SCARs:
Help isolate bad product and support customer/supplier quality fixes.Follow Standards:
Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 andISO 14001
guidelines.General Support:
Perform other tasks as needed.What We Are Looking For Technical Skills:
Ability to read blueprints/drawings, use measuring tools, and operate a forklift.Product Knowledge:
Experience with raw materials, product packaging, and quality checks.Soft Skills:
strong problem-solving, good judgment, initiative, and teamwork.Experience:
Experience in manufacturing, quality control, or production inspection is preferred.salary:

Technical:
Reading drawings, using measuring tools, forklift operationProduct Knowledge:

Inspect Incoming Items:
Check raw materials and finished goods on arrival and keep accurate logs (GROUP-PROC-0012).Approve New Parts:
Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) to approve new products (GROUP-PROC-0010).Report Damaged Goods:
Log defect reports in MasterControl, tag bad materials, and inform Purchasing of rejected items (GROUP-PROC-0009).Manage Hold Area:
Track physical and system (AX) "on hold" stock. Organize reworks, returns, reuse, or scrap.Solve Quality Issues:
Work directly with production to fix quality problems.Verify Work:
Double-check inspections completed by production operators.Train Staff:
Teach team members quality standards, pass/fail rules, tool usage, and quality alerts.Handle Quality Claims:
Help investigate customer complaints and supplier issues (SCARs) by isolating bad product and retraining staff.Follow Standards:
Follow ISO 9001 andISO 14001
