$25.00•$26.00 per hour Monday•Friday 8am-430pm Job Summary We are hiring a Quality Control Technician to inspect materials, test new parts, and make sure our products meet clear quality standards. Key Responsibilities Inspect Incoming Goods:

Check raw materials and incoming shipments; keep clear logs (GROUP-PROC-0012).

Approve New Parts:

Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) for new product releases (GROUP-PROC-0010).

Report Quality Defects:

Tag non-conforming items, log reports in MasterControl, and notify Purchasing (GROUP-PROC-0009).

Manage Hold Stock:

Track physical and system (AX) "on-hold" inventory. Organize reworks, returns, or scrap.

Solve Production Issues:

Work directly with the production team to find and fix quality problems quickly.

Verify Team Inspections:

Double-check quality checks completed by production operators.

Train Staff:

Teach operators pass/fail rules, tool usage, and issue quality alerts.

Handle Claims & SCARs:

Help isolate bad product and support customer/supplier quality fixes.

Follow Standards:

Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and

ISO 14001

guidelines.

General Support:

Perform other tasks as needed.

What We Are Looking For Technical Skills:

Ability to read blueprints/drawings, use measuring tools, and operate a forklift.

Product Knowledge:

Experience with raw materials, product packaging, and quality checks.

Soft Skills:

strong problem-solving, good judgment, initiative, and teamwork.

Experience:

Experience in manufacturing, quality control, or production inspection is preferred.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
