JOB SUMMARY A
Quality Specialist ensures that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on monitoring operations, conducting inspections and audits, analyzing data to identify trends or issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Quality Specialists collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve defects, implement corrective and preventive actions, and maintain documentation that supports compliance. The individual also is responsible for logging, creating and driving root cause analysis reports (8D, SCAR/CAR) reports to close NC incidents and customer issues. The position plays a key role in strengthening customer satisfaction, reducing operational risk, ensuring proper change management and improving overall organizational performance.
SHIFT:
1st 7:00AM to 3:30PM
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Help with improving the quality management system for the company Inspect (Incoming, In-Process, and Final inspection) the manufacturing/service center processes for safety, quality, or other issues Own the initiation and closure of customer complaints and internal NC's, and related reporting requirements. Organize, manage, and maintain quality documents and reports. Report on safety issues to the site management team, and issue incident reports Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and operational procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Perform additional duties as assigned to meet operational requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent Authorized to work in the U.S. Fluent speaking and writing in English Quality Control experience Computer proficiency Proven understanding and familiarity with ISO standards

2015 Ability to read labels, documentation, and follow written work instructions Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs. and safely operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment Ability to read and interpret technical or customer-supplied documents
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIORNMENT
Moderate physical effort required Continually required to stand Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity Frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel or crawl Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information Frequently required to lift, push, and carry items up to 50 pounds Continually exposed to loud noise Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift in a warehouse environment

$32.00 - $36.00 per hour
