Details for Quality Control Technician position: $25-35 / Hour Full-Time | Direct-Hire Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service Fast Start Date Job Duties for Quality Control Technician position: Ensure product quality through inspections, testing, and corrective actions Lead and supervise quality control team to maintain standards and procedures Plan and prioritize QC activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements Inspect incoming materials, in process items, and finished products for compliance Perform visual checks, measurements, and functional testing using proper tools Investigate quality issues and nonconformities to identify root causes Partner with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions Maintain accurate records of inspections, results, and corrective actions Prepare quality reports with trends and performance metrics Train and guide QC staff on procedures, techniques, and standards Promote continuous improvement and process efficiency Respond to customer quality concerns and support issue resolution Collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction Assist with investigations of nonconforming parts Follow all company policies and safety procedures Completes any other related tasks as needed Qualifications and Desired Skills for Quality Control Technician position: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or 6-8 years related experience or equivalent combination Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, CORE, and IQMS Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret business, technical, and regulatory documents Skilled in report writing, business correspondence, and procedure documentation Effective communicator with ability to present information and respond to diverse audiences Ability to perform mathematical calculations including percentages, discounts, and basic geometry and algebra Apply logical thinking to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions Solve problems involving multiple variables in structured environments If you have the experience and skills we're looking for, apply to Luttrell Staffing today!
