Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Wine Tender, where your passion for fine wines and exceptional customer service will shine! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide personalized wine recommendations based on their preferences and menu choices. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and payments Upsell wine selections and promote special offerings to maximize sales opportunities Maintain knowledge of food safety standards. Ensure all wine storage areas are organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Requirements Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, especially in fine dining or catering settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering is a plus! Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell confidently and build rapport with guests Previous banquet or food handling experience preferred; knowledge of food safety practices essential Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Culinary experience or background in the food industry.
