We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician for a 6-month contract role. Operating on a first-shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm), this position is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a highly skilled, fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment.

Rancho Cordova, California job type: Contract salary: $25 - 30 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: High School responsibilities: Execute diverse and complex quality control tasks to identify and resolve abnormalities within operational manufacturing processes. Coordinate the implementation of QC procedures and protocols, ensuring strict adherence to GLP and GMP standards. Contributes to the development and execution of validation protocols and testing methods for new medical device products. Perform thorough maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events and Lean manufacturing projects. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
