Job Description

Seeking an experienced CMM Programmer with strong ZEISS Calypso skills to join our precision aerospace manufacturing team. This role is responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining CMM equipment to inspect complex aerospace components with extremely tight tolerances. Key Responsibilities Program and operate ZEISS CMMs using Calypso software Perform first - article, in - process, and final inspections on aerospace parts Interpret complex engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications Inspect components with tolerances down to ±0.0001" Create, modify, and optimize CMM programs for efficiency and accuracy Document inspection results and generate detailed reports Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve dimensional issues Maintain CMM equipment, probes, and calibration standards Qualifications 3+ years of CMM programming experience (Calypso required) Strong understanding of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) Experience inspecting tight - tolerance aerospace components Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and models Familiarity with AS9100 or aerospace quality environments preferred For immediate consideration email your resume today !
