Job Description
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 10:00AM - 6:30PM currently but soon will change to 12:00PM - 8:30PM as regular schedule.Pay Range:

In Person CMSP is now hiring a Quality Control Laboratory Technician to support testing of raw materials and finished products within a manufacturing setting. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials meet internal quality standards and applicable external specifications while working closely with production and plant leadership. Responsibilities Laboratory Operations- Perform testing on incoming raw materials and finished goods to verify quality and compliance
- Follow all safety, environmental, and EHS policies while working in the lab and production areas
- Document and report QC results accurately and on time, communicating findings to plant leadership as needed
- Enter QC data and maintain organized, complete quality records
- Review and collect Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for incoming materials
- Track laboratory equipment calibration and assist with maintaining compliance
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels of lab supplies and chemicals
- Support sample preparation and shipment coordination
- Collaborate with production teams, representing Quality Control as an active team partner
- Assist with special projects tied to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Learn and understand plant processes and quality controls to support overall operations Laboratory & Workplace Safety
- Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and clean laboratory environment
- Ensure labs are stocked with required testing materials and equipment
- Identify and report unsafe conditions to appropriate personnel
- Support ongoing efforts to improve lab safety and organization Qualifications/Education
- Associate degree or high school diploma with 1-3 years of QC testing experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong math, documentation, and computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel required)
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus
