We're a family-owned winery and Osteria is built around something pretty simple: great wine, great food, and making people feel genuinely welcome. Our Winetenders are at the center of that experience. This isn't just a job pouring wine. You'll tell the stories behind the wines, guide guests through tastings, recommend bottles and food pairings, introduce guests to our wine club, and help turn a first-time visitor into someone who can't wait to come back. If you love talking about wine, connecting with people, and creating memorable experiences around the table, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As a Winetender, you'll work across our tasting room and Osteria experience, combining wine knowledge, sales, and genuine hospitality.

We'd love to meet someone who has: Previous wine, tasting room, restaurant, or hospitality experience A genuine interest in wine, food, and hospitality Strong communication skills and the ability to comfortably engage with different types of guests A natural ability to recommend and sell without making the experience feel transactional Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a polished workspace The ability to stay organized and positive during busy service periods A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed A desire to continue learning about wine and food Previous wine sales or tasting room experience is preferred, but we're also interested in great hospitality professionals who are excited to deepen their wine knowledge. Sommelier certification or formal wine education is a plus, but not required. Experience with Toast POS is also a plus.
