Job Description

Quality Control Specialist (QC) - Make an Impact on Product Excellence Are you passionate about quality, precision, and working in a regulated environment where your attention to detail truly matters? Join the team as a Quality Control Specialist , where you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance. This is a 2nd shift position from 1:00pm-9:00pm, Tuesday- Saturday (Training will be on an earlier shift, and Saturday work will be on an earlier shift) What You'll Do In this hands-on role, you'll be at the center of our quality operations—partnering cross-functionally to uphold excellence at every stage of production. Perform line clearances and ensure production areas meet strict quality standards Conduct visual and physical inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods Verify labeling, inserts, and packaging components for accuracy and compliance Monitor environmental conditions and equipment (temperature, controlled environments, etc.) Accurately document inspection results and proactively identify trends or quality risks Initiate and support Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) and change orders Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and GDP standards Communicate quality issues, deviations, or risks to leadership in a timely manner Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the quality system Assist with document control and procedural updates What You Bring We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and takes pride in doing things right the first time. ✅ At least 1 year of cGMP experience in a regulated manufacturing or lab setting ✅ Strong understanding of GDP, GMP, and quality systems (ISO 13485 a plus) ✅ Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities ✅ Basic math skills with exposure to data tracking or trending ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ✅ Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and departments Preferred Experience Experience in cleanroom environments Familiarity with change orders and SOP processes Why Join the team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
