Full Job Description Schedule :
1:30pm to 10pm M-F Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements. This position involves comprehensive inspection processes, adherence to quality management systems, and collaboration with production teams to uphold the highest levels of quality assurance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills, familiarity with precision measuring instruments, and a thorough understanding of industry standards such as
ISO 13485, FDA
regulations, and
ISO 9001.
Duties Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for dimensional analysis and verification of complex parts. Perform quality audits to assess compliance with
ISO 13485, GMP
(Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and other relevant standards. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for traceability and continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to FDA regulations and other regulatory standards during inspection processes. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions. Support calibration activities for measurement tools to maintain accuracy. Participate in internal and external quality audits to verify compliance with established quality systems. Assist in maintaining documentation for quality control procedures, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports. Contribute to the development and refinement of quality management systems (QMS) to enhance overall product quality. Experience Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.

From $26.00 per hour
