We are looking for someone who can help keep the salon organized, support the team, assist with scheduling, and contribute to the overall atmosphere and operations of the business. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities Front Desk & Customer Service Greet clients and provide a welcoming experience Answer phone calls, texts, and booking inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Assist clients with questions regarding services and pricing Process payments and sell gift cards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Salon Operations & Team Support Help manage the daily flow of the salon Organize schedules for future days and help optimize bookings Monitor appointment timing and assist with service flow throughout the day Help manage team clock-ins, breaks, and overall time coordination Support nail technicians and staff as needed to maintain smooth operations Communicate updates and scheduling changes with the team Administrative & Marketing Support Assist with light social media tasks, including posting content, stories, or responding to messages Help promote salon events, specials, and seasonal campaigns Assist with inventory organization and other operational tasks when needed Physical demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
