Manufacturing Operations Coord, Proc/Prod - Career#26-21356 $20.67-$23.95 per hour Santa Rosa, CA Onsite Job Description Our Client, a Global Provider of Electronic Design and Test Solution company, is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Coord, Proc/Prod - Career for their Santa Rosa, CA location.
Responsibilities:
This position is located in the IC Package Test area in Santa Rosa, California. The role supports production and prototype testing of integrated circuit (IC) packages to meet customer requirements and quality standards. You will be part of a small, high-performing team and will work closely with engineering and maintenance to ensure efficient and reliable test operations. While collaboration is essential, this role requires a high degree of independence and ownership to consistently meet output, quality, and delivery targets. Key responsibilities include performing a range of operations such as trimming leads, verifying package seal integrity, and setting up and running semi-automated test system to validate DC and RF electrical performance. The role also includes preparing finished ICs for shipment, including tape-and-reel packaging.
Requirements:
Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to work in an ESD environment Experience with MS Suite of applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word Ability to work in a multi-disciplined, cross-departmental environment Demonstrated ability with small packages and handling chips Experience with many aspects of integrated circuit fabrication processing including but not limited to package testing, trim and form, leak testing, and visual inspection desired Desire to be part of a team that requires rapid skill development and progressively increased responsibility Desire to maintain high quality Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task is essential Technical experience preferred (electronics testing, troubleshooting, etc.) High School Diploma
