Day Monday-Friday from 6:00AM-2:30PM or (M-T 7:00am-3:30pm, F 6:00am-2:30pm) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure that products meet established quality standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, understands inspection processes, and is committed to maintaining high-quality manufacturing practices. Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products for defects and compliance with specifications
  • Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using appropriate tools and equipment
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
  • Corrective actions and First article reports.
  • Identify non-conforming products and report issues to supervisors or quality engineers
  • Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department
  • Knowledge to perform inspection tool calibrations when needed. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or associate degree preferred
  • Previous experience as a Quality Inspector or in a quality-related role preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
  • Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Operation and Programming of Romer Arm
  • Operation and Programming of CMM
  • Operation of Comparator
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inspection documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [50] lbs, if required Preferred Skills
  • Experience in [manufacturing/assembly/ISO-regulated environment]
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
