Quality Assurance Associate Job Description The Quality Assurance Associate ensures that finished garments and related products meet established quality, brand, and regulatory standards before they reach customers. This role focuses on inspecting fabric, trims, packaging, and measurements, identifying potential production issues early, and accurately documenting findings to support a smooth and efficient production and distribution process. Responsibilities Review finished products by checking fabric quality, including color consistency, texture, and visible defects. Verify that all trims and accessories such as buttons, zippers, and labels are correct, secure, and aligned with specifications. Inspect packaging, labeling, and folding to ensure products are prepared according to required standards. Review technical packs and design specifications to understand quality requirements and inspection criteria. Identify potential production issues early in the process and communicate them promptly to help prevent larger quality problems. Measure garments carefully and record measurements accurately according to specification sheets. Confirm that garments meet brand guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements. Document defects clearly and record corrective actions taken to resolve quality issues. Use handheld scanners and reference numbers to pick and track orders accurately within the warehouse. Support general warehouse operations as needed, including packing, inventory tasks, production support, picking, and other general labor duties while maintaining quality standards. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
