Job Summary:
Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for ensuring manufactured products and incoming supplies meet the set technical specifications.
Essential Functions:
Studies product specifications, looking at internal and external requirements. Inspects and approves incoming materials. Samples products and tests to determine whether the product meets job specifications and company quality standards. Take corrective action as necessary. Works with the Technical Group on special projects and trials. Assists Operators to implement quality control functions required on jobs they are running on their machines. Communicates with production workers and collaborates to improve and develop systems that promote and ensure quality. Collects and documents data on a periodic basis. Performs clerical and administrative work as required.
Schedule:
Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shift (two days on, two days off, every other three-day weekend)
Work Schedule:
Graveyard 6:00pm - 6:00am on a rotating schedule
